Transcripts

Archdiocesan schools maintain their own student records. To view a map and contact information of open schools, use the Department of Catholic Education and Faith Formation's School Finder.

The Office of Archives and Records holds records for the closed schools listed in this document. Please note that while elementary school records may include grades and test scores, high school records are generally limited to transcripts. Only the student named in the record or the parent or legal guardian of a minor child can request a copy of a transcript.

The requestor is the person authorizing release and must be named in the record or must be the legal guardian or parent of a minor child. Anyone else must show power of attorney.

*We do no have ANY records for St. Mary's Academy on Chef Menteur Highway. Records after 2005 are held with the school.
