Use of Archdiocese Parish or School Facilities for Special Events
Events hosted by a parish, school, or other Archdiocesan entity, including those hosted at off-site locations, are now included in our internal Special Event Program coverage. There is no additional premium to cover these events, but the Special Event Insurance form below must be completed and submitted to Risk Management.
Any and all third party vendors that are providing goods or services for the event must sign an Archdiocese legal agreement and provide proof of insurance. This includes vendors such as inflatables, carnival rides, video game trailers, caterers / food trucks, stage / tent rentals, bands, DJ's, etc.
Please complete the Vendor Agreement Request forms below. Please do not sign any legal agreements provided by vendors to book / secure their goods or services. If this has already occurred, please submit the agreement to Risk Management for review and approval by Legal. All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming the legal entity hosting the event and The Roman Catholic Church of the Archdiocese of New Orleans as additional insureds (not just certificate holders).
If you are having inflatables, please include a copy of the inflatable rental agreement with photos of the items being rented with the Vendor Agreement request form. Inflatable vendors must have sufficient insurance or they will not be permitted
