2023 Silver Wedding Anniversary

The annual Silver Wedding Anniversary celebration, sponsored by the Office of Marriage and Family Life of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New Orleans, was held March 26 at St. Joseph Church in New Orleans. All couples married during 1998 were invited to attend, and 49 couples accepted the invitation, with clergy, relatives and friends of the jubilarians also in attendance. Archbishop Gregory Aymond presided at the prayer service, which included a Renewal of Commitment between the couples and a Blessing of Married Couples.
