With Jefferson Parish entering into Phase III, The Retreat Center staff are working hard to ensure this transition is carefully planned with the safety and well-being of our guests at the forefront of our mind. We appreciate your patience as we have navigated through Phase 2 with the various restrictions in place. We are so grateful that everyone has been so compliant and understanding throughout this time. We are also pleased to report that we have had nothing but positive feedback regarding how the staff has been handling the cleaning, social distancing, and mask mandate during our events. It is comforting to know that everyone feels safe and comfortable here.
In Phase 3, we will be allowed to operate at 75% capacity, but we will still be requiring face masks and social distancing. We will also continue to temporarily suspend or self-serve buffet for meals and will have our kitchen staff continue to serve the food. The changes are outlined in further detail below. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
God bless,
Shannon Haddad
