A Man for Others

In the second episode of its Lenten Vocations Video Series, Fr. Colm Cahill reflects on the role of the priest as a man for others.

Reflection:
St. Maximillian Kolbe was often referred to as a "Man for Others". We are ALL called to a deep solidarity with our sisters and brothers, to be a person "for others", for we "cannot find ourselves, except through a sincere gift of ourselves" (Vatican II - Gaudium et Spes). How am I being called to a deeper solidarity this Lent?

Prayer:
Lord help me to be present to You this Lent. And then Lord, help me bring you into the lives of others, wherever they may be. Amen.
