Winter Weather Update: School and Event Closures

As of 1 pm today, January 16, 2017, please be advised of the following weather-related closures for Wednesday, January 17 ^th.
 
Catholic Schools
All Catholic Schools will be closed tomorrow, January 17, 2017. This includes Catholic schools in Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. Tammany, and Washington Parishes. Parents are encouraged to be in touch with their child(en)'s school for more information about aftercare and after school activities  today. New Orleans Catholic Schools Facebook page.
 
Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans
The PACE Program of Catholic Charities will be closed tomorrow.
All Catholic Charities-sponsored Head Start Centers will be closed tomorrow. 

Tricentennial Lecture Series
The first presentation of the Tricentennial Lecture Series, Ordinary People, Extraordinary Gifts presented by Archbishop-emeritus Hughes will go on tonight as scheduled. All are welcome to join us at Notre Dame Seminary's Schulte Hall at 6:30 pm for refreshments followed by the presentation. The event will also be lived streamed on the archdiocesan Facebook Page.
