Bishop Fernard J. Cheri, III Gospel Music Festival

All are welcome to the Bishop Fernand J. Cheri, III Gospel Music Festival on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 6:00pm at the St. Martin de Porres Center (2241 Mendez St., New Orleans). Choirs from throughout the Archdiocese of New Orleans will gather to for an evening of faith, fellowship, and fun through the gift of song. Confirmed choirs include the Archdiocesan Mas Choir, the St. Martin de Porres Gospel Choir, St. Raymond-St. Leo the Great Gospel Choir, and The Knights of Praise from St. Augustine High School. This  free annual community event is hosted by the Archdiocese of New Orleans Office of Black Catholic Ministries and benefits Second Harvest Food Bank through the donation of canned goods.  Find the event flyer online here. 
 
Vendors Wanted: We warmly welcome small business owners to showcase their goods and services at this exciting event. Come be a part of the fun and connect with our vibrant community. In lieu of a vendor’s fee, we are asking for a donation to support the work of the Office of Black Catholic Ministries. All vendor slots will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
