Prayer and Spirituality (Northshore)

Prayer is the vehicle we use to "commune" with God, our Creator, the way God and I talk, communicate, become one. Spirituality is the way we live our prayer. This course will allow us to explore different prayer styles and temperaments; the "hows" and "whys" of personal prayer; look at different schools of Christian Spirituality such as Desert Fathers and Mothers, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Dominic, John of the Cross, Teresa of Avila, Ignatius of Loyola and many more.
